Our brain wants to protect us. We are hard-wired to stay away from anything that makes us feel these emotions.
So many dreams are dissolved by the fear of failure.
A sad statement but true. We talk ourselves out of doing the things we deep down want to go for. You feel frustrated when you didn’t go for the role you should be doing. You compare yourself to others and how they live their lives. You keep telling yourself, you’re not good enough.

Try these high-performance habits to push through the fear of failure and get the life you deserve:
Rip up your rule book. You’ve created an expectation of yourself that is too high and putting pressure on yourself. Stop comparing yourself to others as you can only control what you do. Go at your pace. It’s better to have a small amount of progress over a long period of time. You will get results and more.
Practise, practise, practise and then practise some more. If you are looking at getting better at something then practise. The more you practise the better you will become. You have to put in the work. Look around you and see who you can role model or even better, ask them to Mentor you. You will start to trigger good emotions of progression and accomplishment which always conquer fear of failing.
Don’t allow negative beliefs to enter your mindset. This has to become a non negotiable. Instead, bring in positive beliefs. What have you learnt in the last 7 days. What did you know today that you didn’t know yesterday. You are what you focus on. Keep telling yourself that you’re going to fail and you will. However, if you focus on your progression then you will succeed.
I’ve always been blessed with the knowledge that life is precious and I waste no time living my life with meaning, courage and being fearless.
