We all suffer from Imposter Syndrome at some point in our career and in this session, we look at the different types of Imposter Syndrome and key tips for identifying triggers and how to combat the negative self-talk.

This session is a must for any organisation and their teams. Understanding how to move from a fixed to growth mindset will transform personal development and take it to the next level. In this session we look at how to ask more questions, how to get curious and how to learn to deal with mistakes.
Knowing Your Strengths
Do you know your strengths? Do you base your strengths on what you’re good at or what someone else says you’re good at? Do they energise and excite you? In this session we identify your strengths and learn how to use them confidently every day.
Time Management
This is a great session if you’re looking to improve your productivity and well-being of your team. This training will look at why we procrastinate and how to get moving. We look at how you manage your diary and email inbox. These techniques stop distractions and get you moving towards having an energised and productive day.
Planning & Productivity
In this session we look at how productive you are. Techniques from my High-Performance Academy will provide you with planning approaches to get the most out of your working week.
Fear of Failure
In this session we understand how the mind works and how it can hold us back from doing the things that are really important to us and make us happy. We look at our confidence gremlins and how to push past the Fear of Failing.
Managing Emotions
Emotions show up at work, but do they help us or hold us back. This session looks at managing our emotions and within that we look at Negative Emotions. We dig into how we show our emotions through body language and facial expressions.
